Are you registered with the State of Washington as a Limousine Carrier?
Yes, this is required. RISS Limousines & Town Car is a fully licensed livery service with the USDOT. We also fully participate in the DMV's Drug Screening Program. Our UBI # is 602-678-964-1

 

Who is your insurance carrier?
RISS Limousines & Town Car is insured through Northland Insurance Companies of St. Paul, Minnesota.  

 

What is your cancellation policy?
All non-corporate, non-wedding reservations must be cancelled with 7 days advance notice prior to your scheduled trip date to assume no financial liability. After this period, if a reservation is cancelled the client is responsible for 50% payment of the originally scheduled charter. Any cancellations within 48 hours will be billed for full charter amount. 
Wedding Cancellations require 14 days advance notice prior to your scheduled date to assume no financial liability. After this period, if a reservation is cancelled less than 14 days of the scheduled date the client is responsible for 50% payment of the originally scheduled charter. Any cancellations within 7 days of the scheduled date will be billed for full charter amount. All weddings will require four hour minimum pakage and are subject to a $100.00 non refundable deposit.  

Can I smoke in any of your cars or limousines?
All of our vehicles are non-tobacco vehicles. If you would like to use tobacco, we would gladly stop at your convenience so you may do so.

 

 

What is your alcohol policy?
RISS Limousines & Town Car does not provide alcohol to any of our clients in accordance with Washington state law. You may bring your own alcohol providing all passengers are 21 years old with a valid ID.

 

 

What is your privacy policy?
RISS Limousines & Town Car does not release the account list or reservation manifests to any outside organization. It is our policy to protect the privacy and identity at all times.

 

Can I pay for the reservation in Cash instead of using the credit card that was provided when I made the reservation? 
RISS Limousines & Town Car Chauffeurs do not carry cash due to safety concerns. We require that you provide the credit card for imprint as all charges, including gratuities are billed to your credit card or corporate account. Credit Cards are charged 48 hours prior to pickup time. RISS Limousines & Town Car Chauffeurs do not collect charges in cash. Please be aware if a cash payment is given to Chauffeur it will be considered an additional gratuity & cannot, by labor law, be recovered from the Chauffeur.
