Eli was very personable, knowledgable, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a fantastic time. As a great example, we brought our camera but didn't realize we didn't have a memory card. While we were in our first winery, Eli's wife brought us their personal camera so that we could capture our memories of the day. That is the type of service that is unheard of!! "Eli and Riss helped create the perfect day for us. We spent 4 days in Seattle sight seeing, eating at amazing restaurants, and experiencing the city and the people. Hands down, Riss offered us the most amazing experience on our wine tour. Eli took us to the best wineries (the only ones we didn't like as much were the ones we insisted on going to because of others recommendations). The customer service we experienced was so rare and yet so appreciated. Eli and Riss helped us create some memories that we will cherish forever! One story out of so many for the day: we asked Eli to take our picture and soon realized that I forgot to put the flash card back into my camera so we didn't have a camera for the day. We went to the first winery and when we came out Eli's wife was there with a camera (their personal one) for us to use for the day. I don't live in Seattle but will certainly pass along Riss to anyone I can. Thank you so much!!"

"This company is very professional. Surprisingly. There is an obvious standard the company has set that is met or exceeded. Marty (my driver) was awesome. Very nice, and organized. I was most impressed when my plane had landed, I received a call within 2 mins from Marty telling me which baggage claim I needed to go to. I wasn't expecting that, nor did I need it, but it was a nice touch and it seems like the company has all the bases covered."

"Being from New York City, my husband and I frequently rely on car services when driving our own car is impractical. On a recent trip to visit my sister in Monroe, WA we used Riss Enterprises to get to the airport. We could not have been more impressed. Our driver showed up early to help us with our bags, the town car was perfectly clean and in great shape and we were able to relax on the ride there. We are used to paying three times as much for a comparable level of service so we were pleasantly surprised at their affordable rates.
